The Brian Grant Foundation’s Power Forward Boot Camp is based on research from our partners at OHSU on the benefits of exercises that target the loss of specific motor functions that occur with Parkinson’s. This high intensity, interval training workout focuses on full functional body movements in an encouraging group setting. Be prepared to sweat and have fun!
