On Saturday, May 6 we held our spring boot camp instructor training at the Yoshida Event Center at Mt. Hood Community College. Exercise instructors and physical therapists from around the Pacific Northwest gathered to learn more about safe and effective exercises for people with Parkinson’s. The group spent the afternoon learning about the exercises that are incorporated into the boot camp, and how they help to delay the mobility limitations that are associated with Parkinson’s.
